Mr. Vidit Garg

CEO

Mr. Vidit Garg is focused on business and management practices with a view to creating efficiencies of scale. Besides managing group corporate affairs, external relations, business alliances, governance. He spearheads Kundan Minerals & Metals which incorporates the Group’s Gold business. He played a key role in the sustained growth and expansion of the initial gold business into a comprehensive and integrated business. Mr. Vidit Garg manages the end-to-end value chain from prospecting and mining to concentrates to channel partners, to refineries, to production, to distribution and sales.

Mr. Deepak Gupta

CFO

Operating as the Kundan Group’s Director and strategic advisor, Mr. Deepak Gupta has been instrumental in Kundan Group’s exponential organic and inorganic growth especially with regards to mergers and acquisitions, asset allocation and leveraging, economies of scale, compliance, corporate governance, supply chain sustainabilities and fiscal oversight.

With an incrementally increasing international profile in business development, allyships and new market activation, Mr. Udit Garg is a passionate leader of organizational growth and optimization. He oversees the Kundan Group’s global operations, seeking to optimize the Group’s growth trajectories. In addition, he leads Kundan Group’s business division of renewable energy, with Kundan Green Energy. A subsidiary of the Kundan Group (www.kundangroup.com), Kundan Green Energy (www.kundangreenenergy.com) is committed to contributions in consistently generating sustainable green energy alternatives through optimal efficiencies in materials, techniques, systems and processes. Embedded in sustainability, since 2017 it plays a growing role in India's transition away from fossil fuels towards sustainable green energy. Amongst India’s leading power traders and one of the few brokers as Category II Inter-State Trading Licensee from the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC) the company collaborates with electricity boards and discoms to deliver a comprehensive suite of trading services spanning short-term, medium-term, and long-term open access arrangements.

Mr. Udit Garg has demonstrably accelerated corporate growth paths, new business development and diversifications for the Group. Among his transformative contributions has been the pivotal role he played in establishing a multi-stakeholder sales, distribution and logistics network besides exponential growth of the chemical products portfolio, expanding it exponentially to a tenfold growth. This remains a watershed for the Group. A well known thought leader in the green energy, sustainability and climate space, Mr. Garg routinely shares perspective on sectoral trends and developments.

Mr. Varun Gupta

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Varun Gupta represents rich and diverse professional credentials across different aspects of fiscal strategy, oversight, bids, business development, corporate and government affairs, besides business alliances and structuring. This includes consistently demonstrated transformations through mergers and acquisitions, structural reforms and re-structuring, forging national and international alliances. With leadership briefs in large, multiple-stakeholder driven organizations like SBI Capital Markets and CRISIL {a Standard & Poor company}, Mr Gupta remains keenly invested in agendas of economic reform. And has worked closely with Government at the central and state levels. Mr Gupta was nominated as the SEBI (Securities & Exchange Board of India) lead for multi stage divestments through auctions. On an international scale, Mr Varun Gupta led fiscal mandates for governments and development agencies in Ethiopia and Tanzania besides the European capital goods industry.

A member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Mr. Sharma has rich experience and expertise in corporate and business re-structuring, amalgamations, mergers and acquisitions. He has worked across the practice areas of M&A, private equity, corporate governance and acquisitions

A member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, among other areas, Mr. Bhardwaj’s focus has been on various aspects of corporate and company law, technology transfers, JVs, corporate due diligence, listings, IPOs and capital markets.

Ms Maheshwari is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has experience in law firms. Her expertise spans M&As, private equity, corporate governance. She has advised Indian and international companies on corporate re-structuring, amalgamations and de-mergers besides acquisitions.

Ms Shefali Kesarwani

A member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Ms Kesarwani is a lawyer by training. She specializes in several practice areas including general corporate counsel and advisory, M&As, private equity, corporate governance and education. She has vast experience in advising Indian and international corporations on corporate re-structuring, amalgamation, mergers/de-mergers, acquisitions.

Mr. Sangram Das is a seasoned leader in the precious metals industry with extensive expertise in gold and silver refining. At Kundan Group, he drives project execution and operational excellence, ensuring efficiency in refining and production.

With a career spanning over two decades, he has held key roles at Vedanta Resources and Sterlite Industries, leading refinery commissioning and business growth. An alumnus of NIT Rourkela, his strategic vision and industry expertise make him a vital asset to the Group.

Mr. Harendra Singh

CEO Mining

Mr. Harendra Singh, CEO MINING of the Kundan Group, brings over 22 years of extensive and diverse experience across various industries. A Gold Medalist and a Mining Engineer by profession, Mr. Singh is deeply committed to sustainable growth and driving innovation. He joined the Kundan Group in January 2024 and plays a pivotal role in strengthening the group’s existing operations while formulating new initiatives aligned with its long-term goals and vision.

Before joining the Kundan Group, Mr. Singh held key leadership positions at prestigious organizations, including Ultratech Cement, Ambuja Cements Ltd., ACC Limited, Adani, and Shree Cements Ltd. With a proven track record of handling critical tasks and challenges.

Mr. Singh has collaborated closely with associations, institutions, and Central and State Governments, further solidifying his reputation as a leader in the industry.

Mr. Singh earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from CTAE, Udaipur, graduating as a Gold Medalist.

Mr. Pranesh

Mr. Pranesh. S. R. is a specialist in the field of mineral processing, stretching across an array of beneficiation techniques, extraction of metals and minerals from naturally occurring minerals. Having made exemplary contributions spanning over four decades in iconic Government organizations, he has been suitably rewarded and placed at the helm of office. Mr. Pranesh has been instrumental in successful erection and commissioning of many mineral processing plants for extraction of Gold and Uranium in the country. Не continues to make exemplary technical contributions in the mineral processing industry to overcome the challenge of extracting increasingly demanding metals and minerals from hitherto ignored low-grade mineral deposits.

Mr. Ankit Goyal

Mr. Ankit is an experienced professional in the precious metals industry with a deep expertise in precious metal accounting, bullion sales, minting, and e-commerce. A graduate with a solid foundation in his field, he has successfully managed sales strategies and operations within the bullion sector. His global experience, having worked abroad in the bullion industry, has equipped him with a well-rounded understanding of international market trends and the intricacies of the industry. With his leadership skills and comprehensive knowledge, Mr. Ankit drives sales and business growth, delivering exceptional value to clients and stakeholders alike .
